Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection

i am 24 years old, female, i have recently had 2 urinary tract infections in a month and a half. after the last one i started getting pain in my right abdomen and back and burning while urinating even though i finished my course of antibiotics for the uti, the pain was very severe and only in the morning after sleeping and lasted for 2-3 hours. i went to see a urologist, it turns out i have kidney stones that are stuck in the ureter, they are 3-4mm in size. the dr gave me buscopan and a urinary alkaliniser. i am terrified of going to sleep because im afraid of waking up from pain. how long does it take for the stones to pass? and am i on the correct medication? if there is any advice or suggestions i will really appreciate it. thank you. regards,

elena
