Suggest Treatment For Varicose Veins
hi, myself roopali,height 5'3'',weight 68kg, my itching starts from the centre of my palm,result in stiffness and redness followed by some allergy type symptons.i had same problem two years back but get cured itself as i had a diet control. i also had vericose vein which is troubling me alot.please help.

Respected Roopali hi . answering for your query of allergy palm :* keep your palm as bacteria free as possible by taking leukwarm water fomentation immersed with antiseptic solution 2-3 times a day * don`t rub your palms harshly after wash just go for gentle sponging* itching is most commonly related to skin dryness for which apply lavender oil 2 times 4-5 drops daily. now coming to second query : * for varicose veins when you are resting, keep your legs elevated over 2-3 pillows * be ambulatory with compression bandage on * have some light exercises by yourself at home * avoid consumption of tobacco / smoking / alcohol in any forms.
