Suggest Treatment For Vasovagal Syncope

My daughter has been diagnosed with vasal vagal syncope at age 14 after a history of fainting (always associated with stomach pain and/or vomiting). The episodes have been few but one last year at age 17 and this week at age 18 - there were 3 times she fainted (again being sick with stomach pain/vomiting) We went to urgent care and they said she might have gerd. We will follow up with gi testing - but should the neurological workup be redone since it has been 4 years. All tests done then were "normal". But this is not normal for a healthy 18 year old girl to faint. She is very scared and has developed panic and anxiety attacks over the fear of Fainting in public. ????Help.

Respected Sir, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
You are absolutely right at your point of concern.
There are no tests no medicines for this in this world, what at all you can do :
*Try to make her more confident from inside regarding threat of syncope in
public place.
*Try to locate any precipitating factor if any like if some particular thing
preceeds the attack then she has to take care to avoid that only.
*maintain her hydration levels along with BP , Blood sugar levels.
*take adequate sleep of 8 hours.
*Mind relaxation techniques , concentration exercises along with YOGA are
of tremendous help on long term basis if practised regularly.
*Avoid exacerbating factors like anger / stress.
*Quit smoking / alcohol / consumption of any abuse substances if doing.
Hope I authentically tried to justify your query at my level best.
