Suggest Treatment For Vomiting, Diarrhea And Extreme Fatigue

My 68 year old mother has been vomiting, having diarrhea, experiencing extreme fatigue and sleepiness for several hours a day. Generally, she has high blood pressure and is a breast cancer survivor-Stage 1. We took her to the ER and she was diagnosed with a bladder infection and given several antibiotics, but she seems to be doing worse. What do you think?

She needs a prescription for two oral antibiotics. Nitrofurantoin 100mg twice daily for 5days and Rifaxamin 200mg twice daily for 5days.
Pedialyte many times a day to rehydrate her. If fever 2tablets Tylenol by mouth. Give plenty of fruit juices but keep and eye on Blood pressure too.
