General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your grandson seem ti be related to a gastroenteritis.

I suggest using an over the counter option for the diarrhea such as Imodium.

I also suggest to take daily probiotics.

I recommend to drink liquids and continue with the BRAT diet.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
