Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* Not necessarily every pathogen will turn out in microscopy , you need
basic symptomatic management with broad sprectrum antibiotics , pro
biotics before switching over for colonoscopy and biopsy .

Hope this clears your doubt .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Welcome for any further assistance .
Regards take care .
