i got the migraine headache for years and years. i am 35 years old female.i get irritate while i get the heache. and also nausea. i fight with everyone that time. small things to make me upset. i tried to control my self but i failed in that. that headaches stays for 2 to 3 days.please help me with this complication. thank you
Yes of course it is a debilitating headache. I would recommend triptans (sumatriptan) for a 3-6 month course. By now you should also recognise how the different stages of the migraine come around, i.e. premigraine headache, aura and then the migraine headachd.
During any of the first 2 stages use propanolol, and it should help. Also, during this period place your feet in cold water and a warm pack on your nape-head region, this should also help.
Best wishes.
