General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You have mentioned about the treatment required for the Ultrasonography report and not mentioned any symptoms at all, hence difficult to tell.
Anyway, the report of Ultrasonography shows the following:
Uterus size is large, but not mentioned the dimensions.
Shape is normal. Echopattern is uniform means there is no area that is different.
No SOL seen means no space occupying lesion, that is no mass or cyst.
Position of uterus is normal.
Inner lining called endometrium is normal.
Uterine cavity is normal, no mass or so.
Right ovary is normal.
Left ovary is showing cystic mass of the size of 26 mm but no detail about its interior whether simple cystic means not needing treatment or complex mass means may need surgery and histopathology.
If you have some symptoms then your Gynecologist will tell you the further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
