Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

The blood sugar level you have mentioned is higher to normal.

At first diabetes is diagnosed when fasting and postprandial level are high, we go for HbA1c value which gives sugar level for the last three months. If that value is higher, first control is tried by diet and exercise.

when not controlled even after 2 months then we go with oral drugs which highly effective. The last option is insulin. But you will be better controlled with oral medication. meet a local diabetologist for the initiation of medication.

Hope this guides you. For any other queries you can write to us. we will be happy to help you. Thank you.
