Female 48, L5/s1 moderate degenerative spondylosis and a broad moderate left posterior paracentral disc osteophyte complex with disc prolapse indenting the left side of the theca and compressing the descending left S1 nerve root and cousing mild lumbar canaal stenosis. mild bilateral fact joint arthritist. This is the report from a CT Lumbar Spine, ca you please give me some ideas what I can do to help the pain, I'm doing some therapy and doing some swimming excersices,but the pain is still there constant. Is anything else I can do to fell better?
