hi.. myself vidyasagar singh i am not able to sleep in night.. as i go to bed at 12 am but it takes me about 1&half hour to sleep i tried a lot not think anything but i am unable to do so ... and can't sleep early.. So please, help me... i am having this problem for about 10 months
Hii u have sleep onset insomnia medicines like lorazepam 2 mg at bed time will useful if u have other associated psychological feature than treatment of that is necessary like depressionanxiety etc do exercise meditation stress free activities yoga no day time sleep avoid smoking and alcohol reading boring book in bed use bed while u feel sleepy set fix time of sleep that all measure will help you still lifestyle modification is must identify any stress related issue and work on it be relax thank u
