Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Acne And Pimple Scars On Face

i m a 23 year,male suffering from pityrosporum follicultis for last 1 year .. i hav an auto -immune body system...even after proper treatment and diet schedule...i cudnt get rid of my problem.. my face has suddenly shown many breakouts too....i m using ketazonal shampoo and oral tablets...i wana get rid of my face marks and breakouts as my whole face is covered with it.. please suggest me agood remedy ?
