Suggest Treatment To Increase The Height And Control Diabetes
A 16 years old girl named Noshi lives near my house. She is patient of diabetes since she was five. Unfortunately her height is not increase as well. Her younger sister is quite normal and she is two time taller than Noshi. Noshi’s parents are very poor and they hardly manage their family expanses. Noshi is 16 year and approaching the age of marriage but she is only 4 feet. What should suggest for Noshi to increase her height and control her Diabetes.

If any suspicious features found on examination, she will also require a Karyotype. All these are expensive if you do in private. As she is from a poor family, best optio would be to approach a govt hospital. Otherwise Noshi's parents can approach some NGOs who can help with meeting the expenses of investigation. Without investigations, we will no find the cause of her short height. At her age, she need a good insulin regimen to control diabetes along with diet control.
