hi..My bf is 42 and has diabetes and hypertension..lately his fingers are numb and tingling..he also has pain on his left side abdomen..his just had his blood tests and abdomen ultrasound done last week which was normal except for fasting blood sugar of 8.9..plz advise..thank you
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
Numbness and tingling are the symptoms of diabetes. The sugar levels when are under poor control give rise to such symptoms. Fasting sugar shows not under control. So first thing to be done is to keep sugar levels to be controlled. Coming to abdominal pain, as Ultrasound is normal it must be some muscular pain. Take Meftal spas. If persists after a week, needs complete evaluation.
Hope this guides you. Thank you.
