Hi dr. grief. I am a 19 yeard old male who has been smoking marijuana regularly since I was 14. I made the decision to quit for educational and psychological reasons and have not smoked for 6 days so far. Some withdrawal symptoms I have noticed are reduced appetite, depression, headaches, and trouble concentrating. I was wondering if you could provide me with a timeline of the benefits I will experience from quitting, to help motivate me from relapsing. Thanks a lot.
