I am a 27 year-old male, I dont drink or smoke, I rarely eat meat, my diet is normal and I rarely exercise, My weight is 100 KG(220 Pounds) and I am 176 CM (5Ft 10") tall

Hi welcome to HCM...

Noted you are overweight....
And because of that your enzymes value are high....

Investigate your liver by USG ...
It will rule out fatty liver or gall stone..
You are not drinking alcohol.
So it could be non alcoholic hepatic steatosis...

Here are few advises....
Low fat diet taken...
Fried food less...
Less oil in cooking...
Sunflower , olive oil like good oil useful...
Green leafy veg more like.....
-bitter gourd
-arugula
-dandelion
-spinach etc...

Avocados produce glutathion that detoxify liver ..so taken daily.
Beetroots and carrot useful.

Avoid smoke.
Avoid refined food...

Take care.
