Suggest Treatment To Reduce Weight While Having Back Pain Problems
hi I am 28 years old male engineer with loads of stressful job. I am 85kgs and my height is 5ft 8.5 inch. Also i have back pain problem with a minor fracture in my backbone. so cannot jog or d heavy exercises. Please guide how can i loose weight. Should i go for laser liposuction and maintain my body weight with some minor exercises which do not put pressure on my back.?? please reply

HI Thanks for posting your query .
First of all since when you have been having fractured backbone ? IF it's been more than 1 month then I think walking is not going to cause any trouble to your back . In that case start walking at your own pace for 1st week . With time you can increase the pace of your walking and after 1-2 months start jogging .
If it's less than 1 month then just take rest and start the exercise after 1 month .
Along with that start dieting -- Eat more fruits , vegetables and drink plenty of water . Avoid non veg food , sweets , carbonated drinks and junk food .
