Hello Doctor, this is Radhika. The problem with me is i am over weight now i.e., after delivery. I have undergone Sygerine operation for delivery. Before my pregnancy i am not this much weight. Now my tummy is also increased. My son's has completed 1 year of age. and my age is 29. How can i reduce my tummy? Its looking very ugly. Is there any way to reduce my weight and tummy? Can you please suggest me the ways to reduce my tummy?
Interesting indeed. Thank you for your query. I can understand your concern . But there is an interesting fact that the fat which accumulates in the belly and trunk , it accumulates there last and it goes off there last also. So have patience.
Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals. That's all about the diet.
Yes I can understand that you have had a caesarean section. Thats ok. You can start walking for 15-20 minutes a day . That will keep you mentally and physically fit. I hope this helps. You can ask any other query.
