Suggest Treatment To Remove A Lump On The Breast

hi I m 23 years old. I have a firm lump in my right breast. The surgeon told me that I should have a surgery to find out if it s benign or cancerous but I am afraid of surgery. Can MX3 also remove or diminish the lump in replaced to surgery? thank you.

Hi
Hope this message finds you in good health.
I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern.
I generally see many cases like this at my clinic. and what i have found is at your age such lumps are generally simple cysts that are not as alarming until they become painful.

a few cases definitely need a concern as a possibility of malignancy is there.
your age is not an ideal age for malignancy to cuur.

i suggest u should get an mammogram done first to find out the extent of the lump and from where it is exactly arising.

consult a good surgeon and find out if the mammogram is abnormal for your age.
The best way to confirm is by doing a biopsy at first, instead of doing a surgery.

once you get a histopathology report confirming the diagnosis, then u can g ahead with the procedure.

many lumps resolve by themselves,or by simple aspiration.

if it has a risk of spreading, its better to get it removed. do not get afraid of surgery...it will eb done only when absolutely required.
Nothing to worry about.
I hope your question has been answered.
If you have any follow-up queries, feel free to consult me anytime.
