Suggest Treatment To Remove Abnormal Growth In Colon

Hello I have been having GI issues for over a year. Blood in stool, constipation, severe abdominal pain, the works. I had two ct scans done and they both showed some kind of growth on my colon. After several appointments I had a consult with a surgeon who told me he believes my right ovary is stuck to my colon and that the ovary has a cyst on it. In 2003 I had to have a partial hysterectomy (ovaries left) due to a rupture of uterus that led to necrotic infection three weeks later. In 2010 I underwent laparoscopic surgery to remove a large cyst from my left ovary. They told me they couldn t find my right ovary .that it must have been removed in 2003. Now they are saying it may be there but stuck to my co!on. Is this possible and if so, is surgery going to be needed?
