Suggest Treatment To Stop Discharge From Scar After Open Heart Surgery
Good evening, My daughter who had open heart surgery when she was two months old, she had transposition of the great arteries. Surgery went well, her scar over-healed, she has what appears to be discharge from a small hole at the top of the scar, what is the best way to care for this

hi good evening ,I m unclear about what kind of fluid is discharging is it a bloody, watery, or pus .if it is a pus due to infection from the wound site. clean the site with soap water apply an antibiotic cream. if it is a fresh blood consult the surgeon immediately. Thank you
