Suggest Treatment When Allergic To Dogs
I have been tested for allergies and one thing is an allergy to dogs. Just spent 5 days with family that has long haired dogs. Symptoms are headache, sinus pain, ear pain, nasal drainage, congestion, sore throat. Is this just a severe cold or possibly a reaction to dogs?

The symptoms of headache, sinus pain, ear pain, nasal drainage, congestion and sore throat are suggestive of infection in nasal passage, para-nasal sinuses, ear and throat.
Allergies are characterized by headache, nasal congestion, sneezing, nasal discharge but not pain in ear, sore throat etc.
The infection can be worsened by allergic reaction.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of antibiotic for infections.
The exposure to dogs should be avoided to prevent the allergic reaction.
