Suggest Vitamin Supplements For Ostosclerosis

I have been diagnosed with ostosclerosis. I am trying to figure the safest way to restore my hearing. I have heard some vitamins may help to restore, and a surgeory, but with risks of deafness. I a a singer, and I need my hearing. Not sure what to do?

Medicine like sodium fluoride is useful in those patient who don't want surgery. Use of hearing aid will be helpful..
