I was recently in hosp. For bacterial infect in lungs.since being home I have had increased energy almost hyper. My sleeping habits have changed, I wake up during night and can t go back to sleep.I will read for 1h and go back to sleep, awaking around 5:30-6am. My usual wake up time 7-8am. I had thyroid test and CBC .Thyroid test normal,CBC a little low but better than in hosp.Blood work to be repeated in 1-2 Wks. I have appt w/cardiologist this week .Any ideas about increased energy?? I am getting a lot done at home, cleaning out, decluttering. I have kept off 5lbs that I lost in hosp. and I m walking 2mi daily
Infections lead to catabolic state, after recovery one may feel lethargy and weakness. I suggest you to improve your diet and take protein diet for fast recovery. Do regular exercise and do not sleep during the day time to improve your sleep during the night time.
