I am a 37 year old mother of two children and have been trying for over 14 years to lose weigth. The highest weight for me is at my present 207.8lbs. I would like to lose 50lbs before the 4th of July. I have tryed everything from pills to drinks. I need help .

As we age after the age of 20 the basal metabolic rate BMR follows 2% each year. BMR are the calories you need ti burn just when you are resting: for breathing, blood circulation, etc. So try to restrict diet and exercise as much as you can. At least 4 times a week. You can choose swimming, jogging, going to the gym, dancing. Whatever you want. Cut off processed and fast food. Eat more proteins and drink plenty if water. Thank you. Best regards.
