Hi Doctor Im a female age 28 + . my current weight is 67.85Kg and my height is 5.2ft . after marriage I started gaining weight rapidly. Even though im try to control my eating habits , I still keep on gaining weight. Is there any way I could control my weight and to look good?
1. Check with othr blood parametres like blood sugar,low thyroid,cholesterol level and sedentary life style as cause of weight gain.
2. Fat free diet,avoid ghee,groundnut oil . Use sunflower oil to substitute saturated fat by unsaturated fat. . Develop healthy eating habits. . Learn to calculate the calories consumed as well as the calories burnt, and maintain the balance everyday.
