I want to gain weight means want to increase my muscles.no gym & hardcore supplements, ayurvedic nutrition OK,6ft height wt-70kg good stamina even athelatic but now facing problem in my knee due to serious injury.so no gym & heavy exercise. Lot of eating also,my metabolic rate is so high so I can t increase without gym.please suggest me
