Hi sir my weighvis 51kg and ny age is 18 yrs. I want to gain weight and 8 workout daily. Which one you suggest for me to take endura mass or protein x or any other products available in matket. My height is 5ft4 and i want to increase my weight too. Plz suggest me .. i am just unconfident due to my body...

Hi,

The endura mass or other protein products would help to increase your muscle mass. If your form of exercise is aerobic then you would either lose or maintain your present weight, you would not gain any weight. At your present weight, your BMI is 19.2, this is the body mass index, it tells a person how the weight is for their height. When it is between 18 to 24.9, the person's weight is good for their height.
