Suggest Ways To Increase Weight

I am a 19 year old male measuring 5 10 and weigh 135 lbs. I would like to get my height down to 5 8 but increase my weight in the meantime. My diet isn t perfect - I don t have many servings of my required food groups and likely don t have as many calories as I need. Any tips for me would be appreciated!

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Height what you have achieved of 5 10 cannot be increased or lowered down by means of any medications.
However, you can improve in your weight gradually by intake of certain calorigenic food regularly.
These food include rice, apple, banana, jack fruit, egg and milk.
Consume them regularly and keep a check on gain in weight by doing moderate exercise regularly.
Gradually, you should be able to put on weight substantially.
