i started a weight loss program and lost 5 kg successfully. then suddenly i wasn t losing any more even with my regular exercise and controlled eating i even switched up my exercises but still i m on 77 kgs i feel like giving up because i really give it my best shot yet i m not really progressing. what should i do or what should i eat?
Hello. I have gone through your question. You loose weight quickly in the initial phase. It takes some time after that. Dont loose hope, try to get regular excercise. Donot over exert yourself. Eat a diet low in fats and avoid junk food as well. Be patient and keep trying . I am sure you will lose weight. Thanks and regards.
