Thai doctor, I am 39 yr old. Ht 152 cm at 78 kg. Having tsh at 7 and taking eltroxin 50 mg. Walking daily for 45 min. Unable to reduce weight. I take one small break fast and lunch and dinner , 2 small cup coffee daily ( all vegetarian with less oil) What 3lose. Should do for weight loss Pls guide
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. what measures you are already following related to diet is proper. You can add salads in your diet. But it is not possible only by diet to reduce weight. You need to combine with exercise. Simple 20 minute brisk walk twice daily in morning and evening will do. But do it regularly. You need to reduce weight gradually. So have patience. All the best.
