hi, my name is Emma. i m 21 and about a year ago gained just over 20 kg quite fast. i ve tried so many differant types of things to help lose the weight and have had no success. the weight is really starting to get to me. my question is what else would you suggest?

You should eat proteins: white eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, milk , yogurt , chicken, fish and also a lot of salad and vegetable. You should take 0,8 g/kg protein per day. You should eat less fat and carbohydrates such as white bread, rice, spaghetti, cookies. Protein is important for building muscle.
