Gain in weight aroungd the hip is commonly due to fat accumulation,
thyroid issues,
hormonal changes or intake of alcohol or sugar/ carbohydrates in excess.
You are suggested to cut of alcohol intake, quit sugar & carbohydrates & get clinically examined for thyroid issues & hormones. Get all required blood tests,
Urinalysis & imaging tests done.
In the meantime do walking, jogging on the regular basis & do
aerobic exercises, stretch exercises & reduce calories.
Take boiled food, avoid oily spicy or salty food. Avoid red meat, cheese, refined flour, butter, etc. Maintain healthy weight.
To increase the breast size you can do take papayas, nuts, milk, flax seeds. Breast size can also be increased by exercising, push ups, wall press, dumbells, etc. Massaging also increases the blood suppy & hence enhancement of breast size occurs.
