Suggest Ways To Lose Weight While On Lisinopril

when i lie down sometimes i get dizzy like im on a amusment ride. i take blood pressure medicine, its 20 mg of lisinopril. the doctor now has me taking 1/2 of the pill daily. other than that i feel ok. im trying to lose weight. i weigh 255 and im 5 10 and have a belly that hangs over and i hate it.

Hi,

The symptoms are because of the antihypertensive medication you are taking. Arise slowly when you get up from a long sleep or lying down, it will help you from that amusement ride.

You can lose weight by increasing fibrous diet and avoid carbohydrates. Vegetables and fruits in place of junk foods, rice and wheat based foods.

Take plenty of water and start exercise, but not too heavy. Increase your endurance with time.
