I understand your concern.
The best way to reduce weight is gradually by adopting to a proper proportionate diet and exercise.
Kindly do the following:
1. Eat healthy diet rich in dietary fibre. Avoid intake of foods rich in refined carbohydrates, carbonated water or juices, calorigenic junk foods, fatty foods and supplement with intake of vegetables, complex carbohydrates, moderate quantity of fats and good quantity of proteins. Also include fresh fruits in the diet.
2. Exercise regularly by means of brisk walk daily for about 40 minutes along with other active physical activities.
Gradually, you should start reducing weight and adjust the diet and exercise accordingly with constant monitoring.
