Dear Doctor, Greetings of the day! Doc, I am an obese person.. But due to obesity I had irregular menstrual cycle. Now as I am exercising alot I have reduced weight also. And my menstrual cycle is coming back to normal. So will it help me reduce more weight. I had checked with doctor that i donot have thyroid problem as well.
You are advised for:
Reduce consumption of a fat-rich diet, reduce the use of oils in the diet, avoid junk foods and restaurant foods, take light exercise every day in mornings, reduce consumption of sugar in the diet. Try green leafy vegetables in the diet and when you eat do it light and in instalments.
