Since you are trying to quit drinking you should get connected with a detox center as sometimes the
withdrawal symptoms are severe and need immediate medical management for successfully quitting alcohol. To manage craving for alcohol, keep yourself well hydrated. Take enough juice, soups or any warm beverage. This is a phase when the appetite is suppressed, eat nutritious food that is rich in protein and minerals. Stay well fed. Alcohol causes
