Dear Dr. Rynne, Yesterday, my Family Practice Doctor, in noting the undue stress I have been living under, told me I had an electrolyte imbalance caused no doubt, due to loose and watery stools. She ordered blood work to find magnesium levels, test for thyroid problems and anemia. I am sixty-three years old. Only medication is for high Bp, which although spiking due to stress at times, was 122/70 yesterday. However, I left the office not asking how to address electrolyte imbalance. Is there an over the counter product or home remedy I could make? Sincerely yours, Mary Trudeau YYYY@YYYY
