As you are working in Night the entire life style rhythm as changed.
Don't take heavy diet in night and take some light, steamed food (easlily digestible food) during your working hours.
Don't put your stomach empty for prolonged time. Take food in regular interval.
And your diet pattern will influence your sleep also.don't take heavy food in morning and go to bed immediately after coming from night shift.
Take afternoon meal after you get up from your bed.
Follow regular bowel habit. be hydrated. take 4-5 litres of water.
Stomach issues are like irritation in food pipe, regurgitation,
flatulence,stomach pain,disturbance in bowel movement etc.
