Suggestion Of Advice For Low Grade Fever
Had a viral-like event, chills, low grade fever (99.2-100), malaise, for a few days. Then it all went away except low grade fever (99.3) after I eat. Ten days later I also started feeling a bit lightheaded. This morning pulse went to 98 after I noticed increased body temperature. It then went slowly down to 84.

Go for complete blood checking.
Go for routine urine check up.
After reports go for treatment accordingly as advised by your doctor.
Take light diet.
Take plenty of water.
