Swallowed Eye Glass Cleaner, Having Chest Pains, Throat Feeling Tight, Breathing Problem. Should I Go To Emergency?

so this is going to sound stupid BUT I swallowed like maybe 1/4 or less of eyeglass cleaner I simply thought I'd get sick and that'd be it but now I'm having chest pains...like it feels like there's a cinder block on my chest and it's getting heavier every 5 minutes.. and my throat feels like tight..and I was having trouble breathing but it's getting better...and now my stomach is feeling HORRIBLE. I'm 18, I'm a female, I weigh around 160?? I think...something like that. and I'm 5 feet and 2 inches tall....I'm really not sure if you need that information but just in case there you have it. but my question is should I be going to the hospital right now? or will I get better on my own....I took the swig of cleaner about an hour ago...so am I screwed? or I will be okay? thank you for you're time

Hi,
If you are having any problems breathing or experiencing any chest pains then you should go to the emergency department promptly even if you feel the symptoms are improving.
