Swelling After Rusty Nail Went Inside Toe, Unable To Walk. Check Up Required?

I stepped on a rusty nail two days ago and it went in a few centimeters below my second toe . Around the area of the wound and my entire toe is swollen i can barely walk on it, i soaked my foot in a bowl of warm water and epsom salt. Most of the pain has gone away but im still not able to bend my toe without it hurting or wiggle it. Im getting a little worried could this mean i need to go to the hospitle?

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
I would recommend you to see a doctor. A nail going that deep over a toe should not be ignored. You will need x-ray, Tetanus shot and course of antibiotics and analgesics. So do not delay your visit to emergency.
Hope this helped
Take care
