Swelling And Bruising, Painful, Got Bit By Dog At Elbow. Should I Meet A Doctor Or Put Ice On It?

A large 90lb dog just bit my elbow about an hour ago. Didn't break the skin, but felt like his teeth hit a nerve(s). Right after I felt faint, and hot, as if I was going to faint, and had the 'wind knocked out of me.' There's already swelling and bruising. A lot of pain at the site, and radiating down my arm. It hurts to grip the steering wheel, and turn. Do I need to get medical attention? Or should I just continue to ice it?
