Swelling In Anus, Light Brown Stains, Strong Odour

Hi, does haemorrhoid smell? I have a small swelling at my anus area. I m not sure if it s haemorrhoid or something else. But it is inflamed at the moment. I noticed some light brown stains on my underwear and there is a strong smell. It smells like urine but it is definitely not. I think it has happened once before but after a few days, it went away by itself. It doesn t happen often. Should I be worried? I have had several inflammations in the past but only since the last occasion, it has been associated with a smell
