Hello
Welcome in H.C.M. for consultation.
I read your query regarding swelling on your cheek near ear and for this you consulted ENT and maxilofacial surgeons they advice you C.T. scan, X-Ray OPG, Colour Doppler all were normal.
Keeping in mind all aspects of your complaints, results of investigations and effects of medications given to you I am suspecting that you are suffering from parotid swelling. Thus ultrasonography of parotid region will be helpful. Once diagnosis is confirmed management will be possible.
With Regards.
