Swelling In Hands And Feet, Pain In Lower Legs And Knees, Acute Pain In Joints And Shoulders. Cause?

Hi,
I am 30 years old female. Mother of a 7 years old year son. I had a caserian delivery. these days i m facing a problem of swelling on my feet and hands. Swelling is that much itense that even ankle bone is not visible. moreover, I have pain in my lowers legs and knees as well. Some of the times, have acute pain in shoulders and elbow joints as well.
