Swelling In Right Side Of Face On Jawline, Fatigue. History Of Swollen Gland In Jaw Which Was Hard And Visible, Cured On Its Own. Advice

a few weeks ago the gland under my jaw on right side was swollen and it spread up my cheek and was visible. Not really bad but a slight difference visually. The gland going down the right side of my neck was also very hard. It started to clear up and the glands went back to normal. Now my face is swelling on the right side of my jawline again. It is again visible. I also feel very very tired and drained,

hi..
you have swelling in the neck, which is appearing and disappearing..
the two possibilities, it think, are it could be cervical lymphadenopathy, which could be due to infection of soft tissues of oral cavity/pharynx..
or it could be due to submandibular salivary glands swollen due to obstruction of duct or inflammation..
see your surgeon for the diagnosis and management..
