Swelling In Testicle, Lower Back Pain. Got Hit. Is This Hernia? Suggestions?

About 1 or so ago was n pool reaching for a ball outside of pool. It was jus out my reach so I leaned over edge of pool to reach ball& came down on my left testicle. Cpl times a year my left testicle swells&major lower back pain. Is that a hernia. Ice normally helps but this time it seems to b not work n. what the hell did I do.

i think you should do an ultrasound of the scrotum. better is that you consult a urologist. if your testicle gets bigger while coughing or doing heavy work or exercise, & goes smaller while lying down the i think there is a possibility of a hernia.
but i think you consult a general surgeon or a urologist as soon as possible..
