Swelling Near Testicles, Painful To Sit, Unable To Concentrate, Pain In Kidney Area. What Is Wrong?
hi i am 27 year old male , i have a swelling on upper left thigh neat testicles , its a kind of lump type. i first observe it 3 years ago. in starting it was only causing me pain when i was setting , but now it causes pain everytime. it cause pain in my left side of back near kidney area. is it a stone problem in kidney ?? i cant concentrate on my work what should i do ?? will it need operation ?

i dont think it is stone problem. you should get it checked by a physician to see if there is fluid in u r testicles. let me know if u need any more help
