Hi i have swelling in my upper left chest or a mass not sure it don t hurt but you can sure see it what could it be?

Do you have similar swellings anywhere else on your body? May be you should be having a Lipoma or Neurofibroma. You may want to get it examined by a General Surgeon to rule out the exact cause.
